Who is it for?
Anyone in Central & North Lancashire and South Cumbria who would like to join. The sessions are designed to be feel-good, helping to improve mood, learn some new skills and meet new people.
All of the courses are beginner-friendly, you don’t need any experience in art, dance, yoga or gardening to join.
How do I book on?
Simply click the course or event you would like to join and enter your details. We will send you all the information you need.
How many sessions can I book onto?
As many as you like. We do have limited places available and so we ask that you do try to attend the sessions you book.
If you want to attend Arts, Yoga and Nature courses you are very welcome to book on all of those. If you like the look of just one that’s also fine.
How can I find other programmes?
Phoenix Rising is a Social Prescribing initiative. This means that it’s a free to access programme designed to support health and wellbeing.
You can find out about other free to access Social Prescribing programmes by contacting your GP Surgery and asking the receptionist or GP to refer you to your Social Prescribing Link Worker. You don’t need to say why you want to access this service, it’s open to everyone as we all deserve access to activities that support our health and wellbeing.
