Art . Movement . Nature

We all feel better when we are able to connect with other people doing something we enjoy.

Spending time in nature, creating something and moving our bodies can all help us to feel good.

All of our courses and activities are beginner-friendly, fun and designed to enable you to learn a new skill, try out a new potential hobby or reconnect with an old hobby or interest.

The sessions are designed to be feel-good, helping to improve mood, learn some new skills and meet new people.

Staying well & happy

The health and wellbeing of everyone we work with is vitally important to us.

We always take responsibility and care in ensuring our workshops are safe and we expect participants to show respect and care for all of our staff and also each other.

The current pandemic presents  particular challenges; so we are regularly monitoring guidance, taking advice and responding to changes in the situation.

At the present time we ask that social distancing is respected at all times. Face masks do not need to be worn whilst undertaking exercise or physical activities Indoors but for all other indoor activities we ask (in the spirit of being kind to others) that masks are worn in these settings.

If you have a particular query or concern about this please contact our project lead sue@greenclose.org
