Lancashire Recovery College courses are free to access, co-designed, alongside people with lived experience and professionals by experience, to help you find accessible and fun health and wellbeing opportunities important to you.

They work alongside community partners to bring you the very best opportunities in your local area. The courses cover a range of topics linked to the 5 ways to wellbeing and may include subjects such as arts & crafts, understanding mental health conditions, managing symptoms, relaxation and learning about addictions.

You can enrol and access the courses when you are ready.

The Citizens Advice service offers practical, up-to-date information and advice on a wide range of topics, including; debt, benefits, housing, legal, discrimination, employment, immigration, consumer and other problems.

A drop-in mental health support service. A welcoming and non-judgemental place for individuals struggling socially and emotionally with life challenges or who are in crisis. Open for telephone and face-to-face support during our full opening hours and no appointment necessary, just call or drop-in.
